Due to large tongue
I felt my tongue due to large and salivia not secreted regularly .am consult dentist. Doctor says vitamin deficiency. I took vitamin tablet.but 3 days feel free.but just be back.I will be sore throat.

Large tongue also known as macroglossia is a rare entity and not commonly seen in general population. So you need not worry about size of your tongue as its got nothing to do with production of saliva.
Dryness of mouth can occur due to various reasons such as
1. Nutritional deficiency
2. Autoimmune diseases like sjogrens syndrome
3. Reflux pharyngitis etc
You should consult nearby ENT specialist for complete evaluation of your mouth and salivary glands
