Due do swelling in ancle . iam unable wa
Nearly a moth ago while getting down from train. I got my left leg ancle fully twisted. Due tue to which iam unable to walk. The swelling in the ancle comes and in the night i have a relif . So what shoul i do . I have even got my x rays done twice but there are no cracks in the bones . So please give me a helpful reply

Hi..
Since u have done an X-ray already which is negative .., then you need to visit a Physiotherapist asap as this problem can be solved easily with corrective exercises.
