  4. Dryness on scene. He having any allergy!

My son is two and half month old he is having dryness on his scalp, and on his cheeks and nose he is having dryness and small pimples and on his eyelids having redness what should i do is he having any allergy

Hi. It's due to dry skin. Apply a good moisturiser 3 times a day. If no improvement please  show to your pediatrician
