Dryness in skin
I have my skin above my right eye dry. The skin above my eye lashes and below my eyebrows, the one that covers the eye.. I had sane problem earlier as well, and used an ointment which worked well. I don't remember the name of the ointment. I have l already tried all moisturizing creams, but none with any improvement.

You seem to have a problem called seborrheic blepharitis. This is related to dandruff. You could use some mild anti inflammatory creams after consulting a dermatologist.
