Dry throat
I had shingles in my mouth in May 2016. I am still suffering with a dry, ticky throat. Is this normal after all this time? I have tried all kinds of medicine and lozenges, but nothing helps.

It is unlikely that shingles one year back has anything to do with chronic dry sticky throat. Chronic dryness of throat can occur because of many reasons including salivary gland hypo function, laryngopharyngeal reflux disorder, smoking etc. Cause needs to be identified.
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
