Dry skin with red patches

I am 14 years old and I'm suffering from severe dry skin. The regions where I'm having dry skin is turning red and it is increasing day by day. I don't know what to do can anyone please help

U must see a dermatologist at the earliest. At least start using a simple moisturiser for some relief. Specific medication can be initiated only after the dermatologist makes a diagnosis after examining it. Take care
