Dry skin problem
Actually I am facing a dry skin problem from last 2 years may be because of low consumption of drinking water. So please tell me best moisturizer for dry skin. And also suggest scar removal cream for face.

You can use emolene cream or any simple moisturizer with glycerin. If your skin is dry even after using moisturizer regularly you need to consult a dermatologist for proper assessment.
Apply moisturizer immediately after bath and repeat in afternoon and evening if required.
