Dry skin pigmentation
Skin under lower lip and above chin is discolored or pigmented. When dry it appears brownish color. When itchy and wet, it's slight pinkish brown. I have dry skin.
Is there any medical condition involved? Could you suggest any medication?

Use mahatiktaka gruta for application. Internally use haridrakhanda 2tsp at bed time with lukewarm water. If this comes again, undergo virechana karma once in Ayurveda centre.
