Dry skin on face

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have dry flack skin on face (not itching ) from last 10 months. Previously it was on left chick only now it has spread to right side also. I have applied antifungal luliconazole 1% w/w bt was not effective. I am cleaning my face BD with face wash (changed for improvement) . Please help
