Dry skin by Vitamin a capsule
My skin was dry so I thought to use vitamin e capsule on my skin .I used 1 capsules per day for 5 days only on my face.after 1 month my face is more dry patchy itchy reddish .what to do .does I have allergy to capsules .what to do to heal it

The moral of the story is donot self treat. Don't use soap on the face for the time being. Use a moisturiser till you consult a dermatologist.
