Dry patches and skin rash on 4month old
4 month old baby has coin shaped skin rash and dry patches on skin it went away after using hydrocortisone 1% cream,predcort and histal which was pres by a Dr it went away for a few days and came back I only use cetaphil soap and cream on him he is only on breastmilk also.

Could be a fungal infection...need to examine the lesions.post pic of skin lesion..better dermatologist opinion to b taken ..don't give medicine without review..
