Dry mouth and can't taste anything
I have given birth last week Tuesday but feels weak, numb and my feet are warm. I don't feel like myself, everything is tasteless also I feel like something is wrong with my womb as I have leaks of faded red blood coming. I am a bit scared as I am Hiv positive with a very low CD 4 count of 91.I am on treatment though but I am not happy.

Consult your gynecologist,,you need good and healthy diet,there would be mild bleeding or spotting till 14 days of delivery. So don't worry for that
