Dry gangrene in the toe of right foot.
I met with an accident on 26 aug 2017 after 10 days of operation dry gangrene occurs in my big toe of right foot, then below it i got blisters from which pus is coming out. Is it infectious, as doctors suggested we can wait ti amputate the toe. Can the dry gangrene be healed, can debridement heal it or amputation is the only option left. If amputation is required how much can we wait as blisters are there below line of demarcation. Please suggest.
