What is the cause of superior limbic conjuctivitis? I have been suffering from dry eyes since last 3 years.. Currently i am using eyemist gel in my eyes

It is a kind of inflammation of superior portion of eye ..cornea and transparent covering layer seen as redness ..recurrent in nature common in thyroid problems, dryness, Rheumatoid etc..
