Blurred vision redness of eyes not seeing front person the blurred is more i went many hospital in did not cure the dryeyes

There are tests like inflammdry which tests for inflamatory factors to confirm dry eye. And there are lots of drops . if that doesnt wotk second level is antimetabolites last will be punctal plugs.

Very sorry to hear about your plight ! If it is proven dry eye then there is no cure as you are calling it. It's like Diabetes or hypertension which you cannot cure, but they can only effectively controlled. Similarly dry eyes can be very much treated with various lubricant eye drops with good effect and control of symptoms. Considering your age , check for other reason's also for vision blurring.
