Hello without examination medicines cannot be prescribed....possible causes like upper and lower respiratory tract infection....asthma,bronchitis etc should be ruled out consult physician for further evaluation and treatment....do salt water gargling twice daily Avoid cold items drink more of hot water coffee tea etc....
