I ve been having dry cough , fever 99.8 and chest pain for 5 days.. Taken azthromycin for 3 days .

HELLO, SYRUP CODINE CO HALF TEASPOON FULL TWO IN ONE TEASPOON AT NIGHT. TAB.DOLO650 TWO TIMES A DAY. TAB TAXIM O200 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. PLENTY OF WARM LIQUIDS. SIPS OF TOMATO SOUP VEGETABLE SOUP. O.K,BYE.
