Dry corner of mouth
I have a dry patch in the corner of my mouth, which a nurse said was probably angular chelitis as it looks a lot like the pictures. however anti-fungal creams made it much worse. another nurse then gave me hydrocortisone which also made it worse. so far the only thing that gets rid of it is betnovate, which is obviously not good for face. I do have eczema on my body which only heals with betnovate, so is it likely just eczema?

Hi Thanks for your query. You could be having some form of eczema. A clinical photograph would have been helpful to suggest a diagnosis. If possible get baseline blood test done to rule out deficiency.
