Dear Madam, what do you seem to have on your feet would need aggressive hydration and it requires specialised cream containing high concentration of you urea and lactic acid. And now that it is winter season it would be getting worse. Your location on your information shows as London and I'm not sure what would be the brand name of the medication is better available there.
