Drumsticks in pregnancy
Are drumsticks safe in pregnancy?? I have read a couple of articles stating they can cause miscarriage. Is it true?

Hello , don't worry drumstick is good for both baby as well mother . Everything in a limit is good . In many patients of garbhasanskar we are using tablets which contents drumstick in it so didn't worry

Miscarriage more likely in early preganancy upto 20 wks later u can eat once in a week. Drumstick leaves are more healthy with vitamin A.Drumstick are with oleoresin good for   joints lubrication.
