Some times I don't write any drug. Just wipe baby with cold sponge. Temperature falls down. Give drugs only when temp is above 100. One dose of paracetamol is 15mg per kg weight.weight is 9kg. Dose is 15×9=135mg. Solution available is 125mg per5ml of syrup or 250mg per 5ml .so you give crocin syrup 125mg in 5ml of syrup. Slightly less. Temperature usually falls down by a degree. That is fine  when fever is high it falls down more.

Give calpol (100mg /1ml) give 1ml whenever u feel temperature is more than 99.5 F.
