HELLO MAM, I HAVE USED IT IN MANY TIMES N ALMOST ALL TIMES THE SPERM COUNT INCREASED. IT'S A HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINE. LIQUID SELENIUM 30 ,10 DROPS IN WATER EMPTY STOMACH IN MORNING AND ALSO IN EVENING BEFORE ONE HOUR OF DINNER. MEDICINE SHOULD BE MADE IN GERMANY. FOUND IN HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINE SHOP. YOU CAN TRY THIS BEFORE IVF. WE NEED SINGLE HEALTHY SPERM N ONE OVUM TO CONSIVE. YOUR HUSBAND HAS LOW SPERM COUNT, NOT AZOSPERMIA. SOME PRECAUTION THE SIZE OF UNDERWEAR ONE SIZE BIG, SO TESTICLES REMAIN AT A DISTANCE FROM BODY, SO THAT BODY TEMPERATURE DON'T EFFECT ON SPERM FORMATION. THIS IS A FAVOURABLE SEASON TO GROW THE SPERM. IF POSSIBLE NO UNDERWEAR IN NIGHT SO IT REMAINS FREE A FAVOURABLE CONDITION TO SPERM FORMATION. TILL ONE HOUR AFTER BREAKFAST AND DINNER NO  FOOD. AFTER THAT ONION IF POSSIBLE TO BE AVOIDED. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS VERY WELL. O.K BYE.
