Doxycycline Injection for my Dog
Veterinarian has prescribed Doxycycline Injection 100 mg bd for 2 days (for tick fever). What should ideally be the administration route, IV or IM?

Normally Doxycycline injection is given intravenously. But in animals I am not sure if it can be given intravenously every time you have to give. In human beings Intravenous preparation can't be used intramuscularly.
