Hello Doctor,
My son 5months 20 days old,he is doing good,he does both side roll on,crawling,see all sides,but I am feeling when I hold him his neck slightly cross towards left side..
He is weighing 7.4kg now and birth weight is 3.3kg and he is in breast milk only..
I have attached photo,please go through it.
Please reply doctor.

I agree with my colleagues Who said it is normal. But if you feel neck is tilted on one side and with restricted moments on one side, Then one should rule out Torticollis. Neck physiotherapy is the only treatment.

U child is absolutely normal as from your history and image.Growth and development parametrs are within normal for age..Neck issue which you r saying is also normal at this age.weight of baby is also normal.. continue breast feed till 6months of age and then start complimentary feed along with breast feed.
