Before marriage I commit sex with neighbour
Then after 4 months my marriage happens
While doing sex after morning I got fungal infections on my pennies.after long time 2 year's after again I got again.I moved to gynocologist he sujested me for diabetes test.
When I tested result is high blood sugar.I am also hiv diagnosed ,result non reactive.but I'm worried what is happening?I am also weight lossing,doctor say me what is happening the cause is diabetes only.what I do sir?when my blood sugar levels comes to down then fungal disappear.

Your weight loss is due to high blood sugar. Consult a diabetologist to bring your sugar levels to normal. High sugar levels can cause repeated fungus infection. Don't ignore get proper treatment by visiting the doctor.
