Turmeric is good for health....In Ayurveda turmeric is known as Yoshitpriya...yoshit means females and priya means like...so it works in many diseases which occurs in females...in PCOD its result is very nice...in PCOD females there is also a weight gain...it is not necessary to drink after aweking from bed...at that time u have to avoid drinking these turmeric mix water or normal water... Turmeric has so many properties its work on many diseases...it is also more helpfull in diabetes as compare to reduce weight...it is definately helps u in decrese weight and to control diabetes but its use in diabetes is much more than to reduce weight...but it must used in combination with other Ayurvedic medicine like Aamlaki in diabetes to enhance its effect...
Next Steps
take turmeric twice a day after your lunch and dinner...take 1 tsp of turmeric in luke warm water...
