Doubt about parkinson's

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hi i had pain over all the joints of the body and done with MRI and bld test. But when I was checking those sym in Google I came across Parkinson’s.I don't have tremor, speech issue, handwriting is normal. But I am depressed and a bit balance problem. I had checked with ENT specialist she said it's not PD. Can any help
