Helow doc i have a significant anisometropia.. i wear glasses....doc told me to go for LASIK... sometimes when i am not wearing glasses i have double vision. Doctor told me it is due to my anisometropia and also referred me to an eye muscle specialist who found nothing and told me EOM is full, no restrictions.. i consulted another Doc who also did not find any issue and told me OM Is full.. so when i am off glasses is this double vision coming due to anisometropia???

When you're not using glasses only then you have diplopia, anisometropia is defined when there is difference of more than 2 D,diplopia is observed when one uses glasses, so have consultation with some experienced Opthalmologist, or send your eye glasses prescription on this blog.

Actually if you have significant anisometropia then you should not have diplopia when glasses are not used. Diplopia can occur when you use glasses because then only your anisometropic eye can have that good vision to cause diplopia.
