Hello Doctor my wife is 31wk Pregnant and she has got cold and headache..hence when we checked with Gynac she said take Dolo650 as this is a powerful Tablet and I heard that it will affect the new born with asthma. ..Please suggest I am confused ...and what is the precaution now to get rid of this cold, steam helps?

You can take tab dolo 650 unless contraindicated..... Follow up with obstretician if fever for Long duration ...
