I have washed my hand immediately after a dog bit sevierly I here that I should not wash my hand on the wounded place what should I do now and I have got a TT and rabies injection

Hello.well first thing I want to know is how bad is the bite is it just a kick or tearing your skin apart causing bleeding...I would want to know the details...and please take the rabies injection until the course is completed...hope am clear enough..thank you
