Dog bite me 6 yrs back.. i cleaned the wound with alcohol but didnt take any medication and never had any symptoms of rabies. recently my mother was also bitten by dog and she took entire course of vaccination. Now i m worried i might get infected through my mother... is there any chance i might have rabies? or develop in future? is it wise of me to take injections now? any test that i might need?

There is no medical evidence where there is possibility of developing rabies after 6 years of dog bite...I think, you have developed anxiety and panic about developing rabies, so I kindly suggest you to do daily meditation, yoga and swimming to destress...consult nearest physician for clinical examination they will do the needful.
