Does worms causes weight loss
March 1st week gastroenterologist told me I have IBS I was on strict diet for 1 month from April am eating fine but still am not gaining weight does are these are the symptoms of worms in intestine and what tests can be done to know whether I have worms in intestines

Yes, worms can cause inability to get back weight. You have been seen by your gastroenterologist it seems. A simple stool test for ova/cyst can find this. Also you should discuss with your doctor about taking deworming medicine as it is usually quite safe and can be taken even without testing
