Does restrictive VSD mean it's close ?

My son is 9 months old. He has a small PMVSD. Latest echo report says it's a ventricular Covered with a septal tricuspid valve. So is it covered or not .. ? Is it a chance of closing on its own . Attaching the report also

That is a wrong way to get closed Repeat echo after 6 months If child is not falling I'll repeatedly, gaining weight, then can wait
