Does regestron help prevrnting pregnancy

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I've been on regestron to delay my periods from 4 days and then i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend after which i took regestron after a day. Do i need to take i pill to prevent pregnancy or regestron will help?
