I didnt get periods yet ... done urine test on sat and today .. got light faided pink line on T mark ... and now adays i feel tired and feel pain in abdomen ... kondly help

Get BHCG done on two days 48 hours apart it should double then it shows normal pregnancy. It is faintly positive.
