Do lice trnsmit Hiv/Aids

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have recently visited an orphanage for hiv/aids where we spent good time with the kids but i have realised that the lice in their head have come int mine. Will that transmit hiv/aids as lice in their head might have bitten them and they have blood contact. So please suggest
