Dizzyness and vertigi sensation
Seven months back, my wife had BPPV and treated by manuvers. However, other doctors suggested that it may be a cervical problem also and which we went to a physiotherapist buthe condition worsened. Now she is always feeling dizzy and have frequent vertigo sensations, not always. Now doctors say it is psychogenic vertigo only. Kindly guide us.

Vertigo needs to be evaluated in detail and may require multiple tests to confirm the diagnosis. Treatment always depends on diagnosis and medications needs to be very specific for the diagnosis.
