Dizziness? Overheating? Illness?
I've been having problems with dizziness. Whenever I drink soda (a small cup) I end up feeling overheated and I can't feel my limbs, sometimes I don't even drink soda, sometimes I forget to eat breakfast and I automatically feel overheated. Whenever the flash of heat comes to me, I feel l cannot feel my limbs anymore, once I can't feel my limbs I sit down, but my breathing gets uneven and I have to lay down.

Your symptoms can be due to hyperacidity. Avoid soda. It has no useful ingredients in it and will only harm you.
Next Steps
your blood pressure and your haemoglobin also have to be checked because low blood pressure or low haemoglobin will also present with similar symptoms. consult a family doctor to undergo these tests
