I am having pain in the back of head and facing dizziness. I am having nausea, vomitting and weakness too. What could be the reason. I dont have migraine or motion sickness or food poisoning.

Hello.. I would like to know the duration of your headache and whether you had any history of trauma? I want to know more specific details to get to know your diagnosis.. i would recommend you to visit physician for further evaluation... thank you..
