Dizziness lasting few seconds
I am 15 years old and I have been experiencing dizziness for the past 4 months. It usually lasts only a few seconds and occurs at random times but I feel light headed and my head hurts afterwards for a few seconds. I do not black out, I can still see but the ends of my vision go dark. A few seconds later, I am completely normal. Can you please suggest me what the problem could be and what should be done.

Monitor your BP , drink plenty of fluids daily.. sleep minimum of 8 hours at night.. check your hb level in the blood
