Dizziness and left side body weakness

Hi, Please help me on this ... Recently I was diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy. But at that time I was having just left hand pain. But from 3 days i have left side body weakness as well dizziness. Please please let me know if this is serious, and what is causing this Please let me know which doctor i need to consult. Please help me on this

If the weakness is just concerned with upper limb, associated with headache and vertigo then you need to look into cervical situation. But if it is involving both upper limb and lower limb weakness of same side, then you should check for any facial deviation or watering of single eye. If present then you have to look for brain related situation.
