Dizziness and eye heavine

Hi Doctor... Feeling very dizzy most of time.. Also sometimes feel numbness in thumb fingers and now sometimes in legs fingers also. Eye heaviness and dizziness are the major concern.. I am feeling this since last 3 months now... And dizziness coming up and going frequently.. Also dizziness is high now a days.. Pl suggest.

Hello... The symptoms are suggesting more to BPPV... did you have any recent history of trauma or any attacks of migraine or any ear infection like ear discharge or pain?? It would be helpful if you can provide me with those answers.. if you still have any complaints i would recommend you to consult ENT specialist for further evaluation of your dizziness.. Thank you
