My wife is in her end of 5th month and is having headaches and disturbed sleep. Also it feels that she is in her 7th month looking at her bump.

Hello..... Get an ultrasound of abdomen if are sure about her gestational age...  Overdistension  of abdomen causes respiratory distress which could  be the reason for sleenlessness...  Take her to gynaecologist... Polyhydromnios,  multiple pregnancy,  wrong date are the possibilities........
