Distraction from studies and hopelessnes
I am preparing myself for government job.. but now a days I can't concentrate on my studies and I always use to think about my future- what will be there if I can't get the job and all ... I am facing a problem in my personal life also.. recently my 5years relationship has been broken..these all are affecting me day by day and I am not able to do my work properly.plz give me a suggestion that how I can overcome this situation..

Ýou seem to be under lot of stress. Depression needs to be ruled out. If needed take medicines from psychiatrist. At your level you can work on your thought process. This is tough time but it will pass. Have confidence in yourself. Do some relaxation exercises. All the best to you
