What is difference between minus and plus of any lense correction as well as meaning of  -1.5,-2.0×180.is it advisable to use full time glassess?

Minus or concave glasses are prescribed for myopia and plus or convex lenses are prescribed for hypermetropia. And when there are different numbers at different axis ie angle. That is called astigmatism.
