Distant eye vision problem
Words appear blurred from 20 cm distance...its like i hv problem of 6/12 in both eyes.. Hypermetropia

Hello Good evening It is very difficult to comment without examining you Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper cycloplegic refraction done

Without refraction with  cycloplegic  it is difficult to say that you are hypermetropic or myopic ,so first you should consult ophthmologist for refraction & if prescribed glass ,you should wear it.
