When I was 16 I sprained my wrist, the whole time it was incredibly painful but felt like how fingers do when they get jammed, so I pushed it back and heard a loud pop and the sprain went away. Then at 18 I dislocated my knee cap while in the military. Again it was incredibly painful and I managed to put it back into place myself and once again heard a loud pop. Now at 19 nearly the exact same thing happened to my ankle that happened to my wrist. All of these have happened on the right side.
