Hello respected doctor. Im suffice from leg muscle pain while walking after 200-300 meters. When I rest the pain reduces. Its not like pain its muscle spasms. Im attached my LS SPINE mri report. Doctor told me to do surgery but i dont want to do that. Can i will be cure with medicine , physiotherapy & chiropractor adjustment?

Your report shows significant spinal canal narrowing at multiple levels due to the disc bulge.The pain on walking is the result of the stenosis.It is unlikely that you will be cured with non surgical treatment.Minimally invasive surgeries carries good results .
