Discomfort or stretch in chest

Asked for Male, 36 Years

Treating thyroid from last many years but from last few months it is not in control. However I have increased medicine dose as per doctor suggestion but need to understand have a little stretch n discomfort in chest most of the times with no other symptom. Plz suggest what is the relevance
