Discomfort in penis and pelvic mscle
Hi
From last few days after masturbation , I feel slight itching or sensation at upper part of penis root ( at one point ) and also feel heaviness in pelvic floor muscles.
This also happens when I try to masturbate but stop just before ejacuating.
Could you please suggest what could be the issue ?

This maybe due to infection in the semen or due to altered habits leading to pelvic floor muscles dysfunction.

you would need certain tests to rule out either of the two along with a good physical examination by a urologist
